If you want to find out more about Dianetics and Scientology, the best way to do this is to read an L. Ron Hubbard book on the subject. I personally recommend you read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health.
This book really helped me with Well, actually it is hard for me to choose one book, as I always find something incredibly interesting in all L. Ron Hubbard's books, but if I have to mention one it must be Dianetics, because it brought me to Scientology. When I read it I thought: "If this is true it is exactly what I have been searching for." And until now I haven't been disappointed about it.
